1. What is the required settings for my watch?

Most watches required between 600 to 900 TPD (Turns Per Day) in either directions. Generally, you can set your winder to 900 TPD in bi-directional. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will provide you the settings for your watches.

2. How do I fit my watch on the cushion as I have a small wrist?

The cushions we use are highly flexible and firm memory foam. It can be squeezed into any wrist size with low tension that is gentle on your watch bracelet. There are tutorials on how to properly use the watch cushions in the product page to prolong the durability of the cushions. In the event that your cushions are worn out, we are happy to provide replacements at very reasonable prices.

3. My watch is quite large, can it fit your winders?

Most of our watch winders can fit watches up to diameters of 47mm. There are certain models that may be better for others. If in doubt, please contact us HERE and we will advise you on the best winder for your collection.

4. How are your watch winders different?

All our watch winders have undergone tests and improvements to ensure the highest durability and reliability since we started in 2011. We constantly adjust and improve out product to suit the different needs of our customers.

Warranty

1. What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers electrical and mechanical parts such as the motor. 

2. What happens when the warranty ends?

We provide repairs and servicing to our customers after warranty ends at very reasonable prices.

3. Where do I send my winder in for repairs?

Our service center is located at our showroom at 62 Ubi Road 1, Oxley Bizhub 2, #04-23, Singapore 408734. Please contact us HERE to arrange before coming down as we open by appointment only.

1. How much and long does delivery take?

We provide FREE delivery for orders within Singapore within 3 working days.

2. Do you ship overseas?

Yes! You can get a quotation automatically on the checkout once you key in your delivery address. If you are unable to get a quotation, please contact us and we will find a solution for you.
